Kōhatu Mauri provides product and services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services or products at any time without notice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments

Payment for our services is due within 10 days of receipt of invoice.
We accept bank transfer, cash, visa
Late payments may result in late fees or suspension of services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel our services for custom made items or workshops and events before confirmation of work has been given. If cancelation is given up to 7 days after confirmation has been given and work started you will lose your deposit. If received later than 7 days full cost will be charged.
Refunds will be provided in accordance with our refund policy: If you are unhappy or unsure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.Terms and Conditions for return and refund: Customers who are unsatisfied with the products must return them within 14 days of purchase. Kōhatu Mauri can exchange your product up to the same value of the purchase made or refund you once the product has been returned. The products must be returned within14 days under the following conditions;The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of sale. It must contain all tags. It must not be damaged, The customer must show proof of purchase. (receipt, screenshot of bank transfer). After 14 days of the purchase or not fulfilling the conditions provided above, Kōhatu Mauri shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded. Please contact us if you want more information regarding the return and refund policy.
